The building section showing the passive solar concept is extremely important. To develop this idea further we would need to find out the specific solar path of the sun for Waco, TX. Obviously solar paths vary based on you latitude and longitude. Also, keep in mind that control sun light is determined by the orientation of each structure, i.e. how much glass and which elevation. Check out the "bre soleil" it is a french term for sun shades.
The eagle symbology idea is very powerful.
I'll bring in some examples of bre soleil's and the city of Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
